Saovaroj Kitikanchana, her nick names is Lex. She is a real sushi lover. She often visited her Japanese friend at home for dinner. She eats sushi every time when she goes to her friend’s house. She began to take courses about sushi making. She creates new sushi styles. Lex is the owner of “Lex Cooking School”. Lex Cooking School established a few years ago. The basic sushi course teaches students from start – how to cook the rice, how to make sweet egg and wasabi. Other course teaches fancy sushi by adding creativity into the food and its design. Lex’s son, Bundit, is helping mother manage the cooking school. Bundit said that more than 90 percent of students can start sushi business after finishing the course. Lex exports her sushi to other countries. Most of them open 5 bath sushi businesses at home or streets.
In my opinion, I think this news is a good news for people who love to open a new business. Sushi is very popular in Thailand so this business is very interesting. Students who study in this major can make their own money. They have a lot of incomes.
